Joseph R. Zeman, age 65, of Boscobel,  passed away on Wednesday January 31, 2018 at his home in Boscobel.  He was born on May 23, 1952 in Black River Falls Wisconsin.  The son of Roger and Patricia (Bolger) Zeman.  He married Nancy Walsh on October 9, 2004 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua Iowa. He was a Navy Veteran. Joe was a gentle, kind, caring man.  He was a wonderful listener with a delightful sense of humor, always putting others first.  He loved caring for his lawn, washing and detailing his vehicles, feeding and watching the birds, seeing his Grandchildren and watching the Brewer's from the screen porch on warm summer evenings with his wife.   He is survived by his wife Nancy Zeman of Boscobel.  Three sons Shane (Kari) Zeman of Melrose, Travis (Amanda) Zeman of Mindoro, Trevor Zeman of Mindoro. Two step children; Sarah Walsh of Boscobel, Joseph (Bailey) Edge of Boscobel.  His mother Patricia Zeman of Onalaska. 11 Grandchildren, Reese, Ty, Kennedy, Cooper, Cade, Landon Zeman, Daekwon,  Kaiya  Walsh.  Sylus, Harper, Hadley, Edge.   1 brother Kevin (Lois) Zeman of Holmen. 1 sister Sandy Gerdes of Holmen. He is further survived by his Mother in Law Patricia Clark, Sisters in law Jeri Walsh, Jane (Brian) Miller,  Amy Clark, and Jennifer Zeisig.  Brother in law Greg Walsh, and many nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Roger Zeman, infant sister Susan Zeman. 2 brother in laws: Kenneth Gerdes and Thomas Walsh, his  father in law Avery Clark.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday February 9, 2018 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 10, 2018 at 12;00 P.M. at St. Kevin's Catholic Church in Melrose Wisconsin, with a visitation from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Military honors will be accorded by the Neil S. Lewison American Legion Post #439 of  Melrose . The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family.
