Dateline- Boscobel

Cecilia L. Mallat, age 100, passed away on Monday December 4, 2017 at Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore.  She was born on November 2, 1917 in Liberty Township, Grant  County, Wisconsin.  The daughter of Ernest and Loretta (Graser) Hahn.  She married LeRoy Mallat on January 8, 1944 at the immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.  He preceded her in death on December 4, 1995.  She is survived by a son Gary (Candace) Mallat of Boscobel. Three grandchildren: Cori Mallat of Boscobel, Troy (Diana) Mallat of Cottage Grove Mn., Kaci  Mallat of Studio City Ca. Two Great -Grandson, Gavin and Trenton Mallat both of Cottage Grove Mn. One sister Eulalia Langford of Wichita Kansas.  She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, Dorothy Korsmo, Sister Bernadette Hahn, Collette Stricker, Florence Kopke.

A Mass of Christian Burial  will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.  Father Faustino Riez  officiating.  Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery.  Friends may call on Thursday December 21, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.  The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the Boscobel Rescue Squad.  Online condolences can be sent to www.kendallfuneralservice.com
