Brian E. Davis, age 65 of Boscobel, passed away on Monday April 10, 2017 at his home in Boscobel.  He was born on November 17, 1951 in York Nebraska.  The son of Charles and Ruth (Bittinger) Davis.  He married Cheryl Pickering on December 16, 1989 in Prairie du Chien.  He is survived by his wife Cheryl Davis of Boscobel. Two sons: Brandon (Rabecca) Davis of Onalaska, Bryan (Sarah) Davis of Onalaska.  Two daughters: Dawn (Brett) Weber of De Soto, Ashlee (Chris) Maahs of Boscobel.  11 Grandchildren. A sister Patricia (Dennis) Heiden of Sun Prairie.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Chad Davis, and a sister Cathy Randall.

Brian worked for Midwest Silo in Boscobel for many years.  Later in life, he retired from John Deere in Dubuque, IA.  He had a passion for the outdoors.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed telling stories of his many adventures.  Family, friends, and grandchildren were always important to him.  He also enjoyed sports, cooking, and camping with his wife Cheryl.

Brian lived his life with love, strength, and humor.  Even through the unexpected diagnosis of terminal cancer, Brian lived each of his last weeks to the fullest.  He did it his way



Memorial services will be held on Monday April 17, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Pastor Mary Ann Floreke officiating.  Burial will be at a later date.   Friends may call on Monday April 17, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. My heart goes out to all of the family of Brian. I will miss him always picking on me and my camping alone among other things. So sorry Cheryl. I am very serious when I say this..please let me know what I can do to help or if you need and ear or a shoulder.
