Dateline- Boscobel
Marguerite J. (Peer) Wellner, age 90 of Boscobel passed away on April 6, 2017 at the Boscobel Care and Rehab. Marguerite was born, November 13, 1926 in Boscobel, the daughter of Cecil and Hazel (Hagarty) Peer. She married Robert L. Wellner on April 7, 1947 at the United Methodist Church in Boscobel.
Marguerite, was a very active person who enjoyed every aspect of life. She loved to play cards, make crafts , pull the handle at the boat and was always ready to go on an outing with family or friends.
She is survived by her daughter Sally (Dale) Kinder ; a brother Nelson (Mildred) Peer all of Boscobel. Two grandchildren Rob (Stephanie) Kinder of Steuben and Ginger (Justin) Verhulst of McFarland and along with nieces and nephews. Marguerite was preceded in death by her parents one brother Virgil Peer. Two sisters Agnes Peer , and an infant.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 13, 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at the Maple Ridge Bible Church rural Boscobel. Pastor Noel Mayes officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday April 13, 2017 from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service at the Maple Ridge Bible Church rural Boscobel. Online condolences can be sent to www.kendallfuneralservice.com
