Ruby A. Miller, age 88 of Boscobel, passed away on Tuesday December 13, 2016 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison  after a brief battle of cancer.  She was born on January 13, 1928 in Fennimore Wisconsin.  The daughter of Stephen and Amelia (Radtke) Whitish.  She married Bernard Miller on February 26, 1946 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel. He preceded her in death on May 16, 2001. She is survived by two sons  Michael Miller of Woodman, Thomas (Kelly) Miller of Muscoda, four daughters Judy (James) Sorge of Medford, Joanne (Rod) Fritz of Oconomowoc , Diane (Craig) Schollian of Prairie du Sac, Lori (Rich) Dobbs of Panama. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Robert Miller, a grandson Eric Sorge, 4 brothers Bernard, LaVern , Edward, and Robert Whitish. 4 sisters Wilma Whitish, Elaine Whitish ,Marcella Hipenbecker , and Irene Pien. a daughter in law Janean Miller.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday December 17, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. at  the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel. Father Garrett Kau officiating,   Private family internment  in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday December 17, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Ruby's name by the family at a later date. Online condolences can be sent to www.kendallfuneralservice.com

Dear Joanne and family. I'm thinking of your family often, sending you love and hugs during this difficult time. I can’t imagine how hard this is for you. So sorry to hear of Ruby's passing. She was a great cousin and I remember her at all the family reunions and other family events. She was so friendly and had a wonderful smile and attitude. May God bless her.

Judy and Family -- Please accept my sincere sympathy in the passing of your mother. I always enjoyed seeing your mom on different occasions around Boscobel, as she was always friendly, pleasant, and always greeted me with a big smile, and the comment, "I'll bet you don't remember me." I'd always answer " I remember you Ruby ". I'll miss that, and always remember her fondly. My deepest and heartfelt condolences.
