Clayton "Bill" F. Fay, age 90 of Boscobel, passed away on Saturday February 6, 2016 at the Gundersen Boscobel Area health Care in Boscobel. He was born on April 18, 1925 in Virginia City Nevada. The son of Oscar and Ruth (Conant) Fay. He married Gerda Koitch on December 6, 1942 in Berlin Germany. She preceded him in death on November 23, 1997. Bill was in the military as a career serving in WWII in both the Navy and Army. He is survived by his sister Donna Randall of Boscobel. 2 Nieces, a great niece and nephew, 5 great-great-nieces and nephews all of Boscobel. A sister in law in Germany He was preceded in death by his parents, along with a sister Yvonne Blatty.
