Irene F. Carlin, age 89 of Boscobel, passed away on Saturday  October 31, 2015 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in Lacrosse. She was born on June 17, 1926 in Akan Township Richland County Wisconsin.  The daughter of August and Helen (Olson) Nelson.  She married Hubert Carlin on November 16, 1949 at St. Philips Catholic Church Rolling Ground. He preceded her in death on April 29, 1959. She is survived by a sister Mabel  Hines of Highland. A special niece Doris Martin of Lacrosse, along with several Nieces and Nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, along with 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Per Irene's request there will be no formal service or visitation. Private burial will be in the Boscobel Cemetery at a later date.
