Rufus S. Tobias, age 91 of Boscobel, passed away on Monday January 6, 2014 at the Gundersen-Boscobel Area Health Care in Boscobel. He was born on July 29, 1922 in Wisconsin . The son of Henry and Sarah (Delmore) Tobias. He is survived by Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday February 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Ryan Langner officiating. Burial will be in the Button Cemetery Richland County. Friends may call on Saturday February 15, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. We have fond memories of Rufus walking his dog when he lived across the street from us at Briarwood Apts. He loved that dog. May they both be in a better place now. Dave & Carolyn
