Evelyn L. Reid, age 90 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel. She was born on August 20, 1922 in Mitchell S.D.  The daughter of Peter T. and Jessie (Parnell) Peterson. She married Arthur E. Reid (Post Master) on March 8, 1943 in Sioux Falls S.D. He preceded her in death on December 3,  2002. She is survived by 1 son Tom (Mary Ann) Reid of Fitchburg, 3 Daughters; Jackie (Dave) Bennett of Boscobel, Patricia (Dan) Reid of Boscobel, Lori Reid of Boscobel. 11 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents along with 4 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday February 11, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Boscobel. Pastor Jen Johnson officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday February 11, 2013 from 9:00 A.M. until the  time of Service at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Boscobel.
