I was very sad to hear of your loss of Norma. I had worked at the nursing home and always enjoyed being with Norma. She was a very sweet lady, always friendly and considerate of other residents and staff. I know she will be missed greatly. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs, Amy
