Florence M. Boebel, age 98 of Boscobel, passed away on Wednesday January 16, 2013 at the Boscobel Care and Rehab in Boscobel. She was born on June 18,1914 in Marietta Township Crawford County Wisconsin.  The daughter of John and Alma (Pullen) Miller. She married Ottmar Boebel Sr. on February 6, 1936 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel. He preceded her in death on February 8, 1987. She is survived by a son Ottmar Boebel Jr. of Boscobel and special friend (Patricia  Kilkelly) of Dodgeville. A daughter Joyce (Gordon) Butler of Boscobel. 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren. A sister in law: Dorothy Miller of Mineral Point. She was preceded in death by her parents, two grandsons Kevin and Roland Butler, a granddaughter Diane Schaff.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 21, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester officiating. Burial in the Boscobel Cemetery. Friends may call on Monday January 21, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Service at St. John's Lutheran Church .In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel.
