LaVonne W. Gebhard, age 77 of Woodman passed away 0n Thursday October 20, 2011 at Meriter Hospital in Madison. She was born on July 7, 1934 in Crawford County Wisconsin.  The daughter of Earl and Mary (Flesch) Rider. She married Chris Gebhard on December 19, 1953 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel . She is survived by her husband Chris Gebhard of Woodman. Two sons: Greg Gebhard of Woodman, Gary Gebhard of Woodman. One daughter Reta Gebhard and her husband Fred Mayne of Woodman. Six Grandchildren Three Great-Grandchildren. Four brothers Lawrence Rider of  Boscobel, Jerome (Marion) Rider of Cuba City, Wayne Rider of Montfort, Rick  Rider of Boscobel. Three sisters Helen (Melvin) Schmelz of Cedar Rapids Iowa, Loretta Waltz of Stitzer, Maxine Wall of Eastman. A  uncle Ora Rider of Prairie du Chien. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 Sister Leona Stagman.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday October 29, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Charles Koester officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
