We have known each for over 70 years, yep, you really get to know a person over that span of time. Pete was kind, generous and was always there if you needed someone. We have a special place in our hearts for a kind and generous classmate who visited us on many occasions as we did when we were back east. Will we miss his great smile and his generosity, but most of all his companionship.

One encouraging thought you might find comforting is found at John 5:28, 29. “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” God gives us this beautiful hope that he will soon resurrect our dead loved ones and we can see them again on a paradise earth! I hope this promise brings you comfort as it does me. |
