Sat October 10, 2015 I was sad to read about Mikes' passing in the newspaper. We served together in Viet Nam aboard the USS Valley Forge. Altho I haven't seen or talked to Mike in over 45 years, I still remember the good times that we had together, along with the not so good. We had a close connection due to the fact that of over 3,000 men on the 'Happy Valley', we were from the same area, tho I lived in W-B we considered ourselves from the same town. RIP Brother.
