James J. Roxby, 48, of Pittston, passed away on Monday October 15, 2018 at the St. Lukes Hospital, Bethlehem, from injuries received while working.

Born in Pittston, he was the son of  Virginia Struzzeri, Pittston, and the late James E. (Murph) Roxby.

James was a graduate of Pittston Area High School and was employed by Jaflo Tree Care Center, Allentown.


Preceding him in death were his sister Amanda and his step father Michael Struzzeri.


Surviving in addition to his mother, Virginia, is a son James White, Pittston and numerous cousins.


Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Saturday October 27, 2018 from 5-8pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

The Rev. John Sempa, pastor of Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston, will be conducting a  Christian wake service at 7:30pm
