Lauren E. Antosh, 72, of Harding, passed away on Thursday August 2, 2018 at the home of her daughter and son in law, Michelle and Doug Higgins, Dallas.

Lauren was known by the name "Laurie" to her friends, her daughters called her mom, her grandson called her Nana but to her family she was known as the most beautiful woman not only on the outside , but on the inside as well .  She enjoyed shopping at any TJ Maxx, vacationing in Cape May with her family, but the biggest love in her life was her grandson Benjamin.

Lauren’s love and devotion to The Lord was an inspiration to all of those around her.

Lauren was a active member of the New Life Apostolic Church, West Pittston  and its Women's Auxullary for over 35 years.

Born in West Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Imelda Gibbons Gilboy.

Prior to her retirement, she had worked for the Mens Wearhouse, Topps Chewing Gum, Goodrich and Luzerne Optical.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Mary Theresa Musto and Ruth Trasciatti and a brother James Gilboy.

Surviving are her husband of 35 years, James Antosh, Harding and daughters Noreen Cicero, Cape May, N.J., Michelle and her husband Doug Higgins, Dallas, Pa.

Also surviving are her grandchildren Benjamin J. Higgins, Kyler and Katie Higgins,and nieces Frances Anne Musto and Mary Anne Trasciatti and a nephew Lawrence Trasciatti.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday from 1-3pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

The Rev. Philip Webb, pastor of the New Life Apostolic Church, will begin services at 3pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
