Patricia A. Hopkins, 64, of Kingston, passed away on Friday March 9, 2018 at the Kindred Hospital of Philadelphia, Havertown, Pa.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late John and Rita Ward Farber.

She was a graduate of West Side Vocational Technical school and had worked in the clerical department of the Nesbitt Memorial Hospital, then the General Hospital, retiring in 2001.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas R. Hopkins in 1996 and sisters Marguerite Burke, and Kathleen Kennedy.

Surviving are her son, Christopher Hopkins, Larksville and a brother John Farber, Myrtle Beach, S.C. and a sister, Mary Jo Burke and her husband Ernest, Swoyersville, along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 5-8pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

Interment will be private.

Memorial donations, in lieu of floral donations, may be made to the Northeast Sight Services, 1825 Wyoming Ave., Exeter, 18643
