John V. McComic, 72, of Moscow, passed away on December 21, 2016 at his home.
Born in Newark, N.J., he was the son of the late Howard and Mary O'Boyle McComic.
John was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving his country during the Vietnam War, and was a member of the Moscow Veteran of Foreign Wars.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed as an electrician at the Tobyhanna Army Depot.
He was preceded in death by his brother Lawrence McComic.
Surviving are his sister MaryAnn (Nancy) Carida, Exeter and nephews Lenny Carida, Jr. Vincent Carida and Brian Carida and numerous nieces and nephews.
