Emma M. Roman, 85, formerly of Exeter, passed away unexpectedly on August 3, 2016 at the Mary Washington Hospital, Va.

She was the daughter of the later George and Mary Humonosky Zboray.

Emma was preceded in death by her husband Stanley J. Roman and sons Gary and a stillborn son Shawn, also sisters Ann Mikelski and Mary Masse and brothers John and George Zboray.

Surviving are her son, James Roman, Exeter and daughters Karen (Tim) Ansilio, Dallas, Maria ( Michael) Hartley, Plains, Emmy Eifert, West Pittston and Kimberly Roman, Spotslyvania, Va.

Beloved Grandchildren, Megan Hartley, Maureen ( Matt) Knapich, Donnie, Dakota, and David Eifert, and Maria Rai and Katryna Ansilio.
Beloved great grandchildren, Aiden and Liathana Hartley Cox along with many nieces and nephews.

Also she leaves her life long friends, Miranda Kosick, Genie Lavin, Vera Mattioli, Anna Mae Tomalinas, and Gilda Mattie.

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Wednesday August 10,2016 at 10am until a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30am. at St. Therese's Church, 64 Davis St., Shavertown, Pa.   18708.


Interment will follow in St. John's Slovak Cemetery, Schooley St., Exeter.
