Dear Jeff and Doug,

Words cannot adequately describe my sadness in learning of Diane's passing. She was a great teacher. I'm sure she made a positive difference in the lives of the thousands of students with whom she came into contact, including my three sons who held her in great esteem. More than anything, I will always remember her as a loyal and caring colleague. It was my honor and pleasure to have worked with her for so many years at Hoban. She was a lovely lady who will be greatly missed. Please accept the condolences of all in the Milz family. We will keep all of you in our prayers.

My heart is broken with the the loss of my dear friend Diane. She was my friend, mentor, co-worker and sister in science. I will never forget our years together at Hoban and Redeemer. Loved it when you called me Dr. Pasco. Our little joke. You will be with me forever Di. Mary Humiston

Jeff and Doug, I'm devastated. I had no idea that Diane was sick. I will miss our old fashioned letter correspondences. I will always remember her kindness to others. Only the good die young. Love Caroline

I am heart broken by the loss of Diane Jones. As a class of 2000 Bishop Hoban High School graduate, I had the honor and privilege to be taught by her. I have such fond memories from her Honors Biology and AP Biology classes. I will always remember her sense of humor, notable quotes, kind heart and gentle spirit. Thank you for your commitment to science & science education. Please know that you inspired countless young minds to pursue scientific curiosities throughout our own lives. My deepest sympathy to the Jones Family, Jason J. Zoeller
