Mary C. Stanton, 78, formerly of Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday August 20, 2014 in Sykesville, Md. surrounded by her family.
Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Irene Ferretti Pineno.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a secretary for Pagnotti Enterprises, Inc.
Her brother Joseph Pineno preceded her in death.
Surviving are her daughter Maureen and her husband Carmen Renda, Waxhaw, N.C.,
a son Brian J. and his wife Kristin Stanton, Eldersburg, Md. grandchildren Mikayla and Hannah Stanton and Michael and Antonio Renda, a brother Stephen Pineno, New Hope, Pa. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday morning from 8 until 9am at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
A mass of Christian burial will follow at 9:30am at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 Memorial St., Exeter, with the Rev. Michael Finn, pastor, as celebrant.
Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
