August “Augie” M. Sindaco, 83, of West Wyoming, passed away on Sunday morning March 9, 2014 at the Highland Manor Nursing Home, Exeter.

Born in Port Blanchard, he was the son of the late Mario and Tessie Perotti Sindaco.

Augie was a member of St. Barbara Parish at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Exeter and a graduate of Jenkins Twp. High School.
He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and was a charter member of the Wyoming Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post # 396.

Surviving are his wife of 56 years the former Dolores Waytul, and brothers Eugene and his wife Theresa Sindaco, Plains, and Mario and his wife Ellen Sindaco, Bear Creek Twp.
Also numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Dr. Charles Manganiello for all his care and concern for Gus during this time.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday March 11, 2014 at 9:30am at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 28 Memorial St., Exeter. The Rev. Dan Schwebbs will be celebrant.
Interment will be in Dennison Cemetery, West Wyoming.
Military honors will be provided by the AmVets Honor Guard.

There will be no public calling hours.

The Girl Scouts we're sad to hear of Mr. Sindaco's passing. He was always very kind to our organization when we used the St Anthony Recreation Center. His kindness and patience will be greatly missed.
