My thoughts and prayers go you for your loss of Gary. He was my friend, he was a band member of the one and only group I played drums and sang for in my life. He will remain in my heart as a dear friend. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Gary was a good buddy from 3rd grade and all through high school and beyond. We walked to and from school together for ten years. My fondness memory of Gary is playing basketball outside together when it was so cold the ball would barely bounce.God bless Gary.He will always have a special spot in my heart.

My remembrance of Gary: Playing basketball at St. Cecilia's outdoor court in all kinds of cold and wet weather; playing pool at Baldy's pool room; the Beatles, Dave Clark 5, and other rock and roll; playing the guitar; starting a band; Ann's Sweet Shop; Cuban heels and pegged pants, and yes, long hair. We were young and we were friends. Haven't seen Gary in many years but I have fond memories. With deepest sympathy, Fred Pennesi
