Stephen J. “Smokey” Michael, 75, of Harding, passed away on June 1, 2013 at home.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Stephen P. and Bertha May Covert Michael.
Smokey had worked for Certainteed Corp., as a forklift operator, prior to his illness.
Surviving are his wife of 43 years the former Carla Hine and daughter Dawn and her husband Anthony Biagiotti, and son Stephen Michael and his wife Maria .
Also a brother Andrew in Colorado and sister Patricia Hillon, Harveys Lake.
4 grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
