My husband and I are neighbors on Cherry Dr., since 2009. Al was one of the first people I met because he was friendly and made an effort to know us. He gave me information and always had time to chat. He will be missed. Sincere condolences!

Al was a former co-worker of mine at US Foodservice, Pittston. He and I worked the night shift doing shuttles and went by the CB handle of "Digger". Was proud of his log cabin house and we always had a great time and shared a laugh. One thing about him was the cleanliness of his truck. One could eat off the floor and put dimes in the molding surrounding the gearshift lever to cover the heads of bolts. Come Christmas time, he decorated the inside of his truck with garland and hung ornaments on it. Rest in peace my friend. Till we meet again on the road, your friend, "Dipstick".

A loving, sincere, genuine friend I have lost. I am a better person for having known you; as many many others would agree. I selfishly cry because I know I will never again see your smile, hear your contagious laugh or listen to your advice when I need it. I do laugh when I remember many great times with you. Also, as you know, after 20-some years I have never taken a curling iron camping with me again!
You will be forever in my heart and in my memories.

My prayers are with your family, I hadn't seen Ollie for long time but I went to school with him and had known him for years. He was a bright spot on a cloudy day as he would always find a way to bring your spirits up if you were down. My heart goes out to you , his family, for your loss. His spirt is endearing and I will alway have the fondest of memories of him.
