Daniel J. Gadomski, 62, of West Wyoming, passed away on Sunday September 22,2013 at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Plains Twp.
 
Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late Daniel and Carmella Tona Gadomski.
 
Daniel was a member of St. Monica's Parish at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, West Wyoming and its Holy Name Society.
He was a 1968 graduate of Wyoming Area School District and Luzerne County Community College.
Daniel was employed at the  James Eagen and Sons for the past  30 years.
He was a former chairman and member of the West Wyoming Boro Council and a lifetime member of the West Wyoming Hose Co. # 1 and the West Wyoming Community Ambulance Association. Also the Fraternal Order of Eagles AERIE 1965.
 
Surviving are his wife of 39 years, the former Cheryl Bilbow and Daughters; Caren and her husband Michael Iannelli, Chester Springs, Pa. and Kristen Gadomski, West Chester; a brother in law Jamie and his wife Mary Jo Bilbow, Downingtown, Pa. and their daughter Cori. Also an aunt Millie Tona, West Wyoming along with many extended family and friends.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday from 5 until 8pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
 
All those attending the funeral mass on Saturday morning at 9:30am are requested to go directly to  St. Monica's Parish in Our Lady of Sorrows Church, West Wyoming. The Rev. Leo McKernan, pastor ,will be celebrant and Rev. Michael Rafferty also concelebrating.
 
Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
 
Memorial donations may be made to the Luzerne County SPCA , the St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital or the West Wyoming Ambulance Association.
