Alexander Prokopiak, 93, of Lycourt, passed away Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was a life resident of Syracuse. He was an Army Veteran of WWII.  He was employed as a science teacher, retiring from the Syracuse School District.

He is survived by his wife former Margherita Giordano.
