I had the pleasure of working with Chuck in the OCC Financial Services office when I arrived as the new Controller in September 2007, until his retirement. I enjoyed his company daily, he always did very good work for the college, and he was missed be all when he retired. May the many memories from the years you had with Chuck comfort you in the days and months ahead. RIP Chuck, thank you for being a friend!

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Charles for many years at OCC and talked several times about how few veterans there were working here.
He was a great man and will be missed.
