A true hero who answered the call above and beyond.  But also a humble gentleman.  Rest in peace.

Charmaine:

Lisa & I send our deepest and sincerest condolences for your loss.  I would have loved to have met your father.  He sounded like a wonderful man who lived a full life.  Hold those special memories of him close and let them be a comfort to you now and in the days to come.

Mr. Pat was a very funny man with a lot of stories to tell about his life. I met him at Harbor Hospital in 2005 and will always remember him with smile.

Charmaine and family... I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time .
I worked with Pat from 1998 till he retired.  He would bring in tangelos once a year for the OR staff. He always had a good story to tell. He was also a kind and generous man. He will be missed by all.
