Bill was one of a kind, a good person/lawyer/delegate and lived up to his nickname "Wild Bill"........he lived life to the fullest and was a very compassionate man. I can't believe he is gone because he was bigger than life and made most everyone laugh and smile. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I am so sadden by the news that Bill has left us. He and I had an art class together in his Senior year and my Junior year at Glen Burnie High School. He had a piece of drift wood that he worked on for the whole year, each class he would sand it a bit and talk about his plans after graduation. We started calling him "Driftwood Bill". I use to run into him at various government offices, events or in stores. He always had a smile and a funny story for me. He was a great guy. Fuzz Pumphrey, class of 64 GBHS.

My deepest sympathy is extended to Linda and the whole Turc family. I have many wonderful memories of Bill at the Trial Judges gatherings in Ocean City, MD many years ago. You could always count on Bill for a laugh. Thank God for the Memories.

Bill was just a terrific person. He was always the first to jump in and help with a good fight. His passion for compassion was overshadowed only by his love of life. His energy and caring manner will certainly leave a void. Rest in peace my friend.

I met Turc about five years ago and became a fast friend. I am also an attorney, and I noticed right away how much he cared about his clients--for Turc, it wasn't about the money--it was about helping people. He was the same way with his friends--always looking to help in some way. Turc will be sorely missed.
