Cecelia Delma Huber, "Ceil" age 86, a resident of Clearwater Beach for 58 years, and previously of South Baltimore, passed on March 15, 2017 at Hospice of the Chesapeake after a brief illness.

She was born on November 7, 1930, in Baltimore, to the late Emma and Charles Schaffle. She was employed with the Westinghouse Company until her retirement in 1991. During her free time she loved playing cards, bingo, the slots, travelling, going out to eat, and taking care of her family and her dogs.

Along with her parents, Ceil is preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 50 years: Ernest Conrad Huber, and her son Michael Huber.

She is survived by her two daughters: Jackie Keyser, and Kathy Waters and her husband Wayne; three grandchildren: Brian Keyser, Melissa Zang and her husband Zack, and Wayne Waters, Jr.; three great grandchildren: Matthew Keyser, Jayden Zang, and Miranda Zang; and her three dogs: Alice, Jake, and Patches "Patty".

Family requests friends visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, 21122 on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Her funeral service will begin on Wednesday at 11:30 AM, with Pastor Angel Cleckner officiating. Her burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park. I would like to extend my sincere sympathy to all of her family. She always made everyone feel welcome in her home. A very pleasant lady. I'm know she will be missed.
