Rozanek, Ludmila "Millie"

    On December 1, 2016 Ludmila "Millie" Rozanek, lifelong resident of Curtis Bay, passed away at age 79. Miss Rozanek was employed by the Baltimore Sunpapers in the Advertising/Credit department from 1952 until her retirement in 1992. A lover of opera and classical music, she was a member of the Baltimore and the Metropolitan Opera Guilds and Walters Art Gallery. She travelled to European Capitals and music festivals, enjoyed gardening, was an avid Orioles fan and was also a member of the Czech/Slovak Heritage Society, Baltimore Sunpaper Retirees' Association, St Athanasius Church Choir, and member emeritus of Baltimore Washington Newspaper Guild.

   Miss Rozanek was blessed with family, her nephew Paul Falls and his wife Susan, nephew Matthew Falls, and niece Allison Rothstein and husband Bryan, also great nephew Andrew and great niece Lola.

   Friends may visit at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, 169 Riviera Dr., Pasadena, Md. on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Philip Neri Church on Wednesday at 10 am, with her interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
