Eugenia Scott, age 83, a resident of Pasadena for 52 years, and previously of Baltimore, died of natural causes at her home on November 15, 2014, after a five year illness.

She was born on September 4, 1931, in Baltimore, to the late Virginia (nee Trombetta) and Angelo Cicchetti. After high school, she married and became a homemaker, Mom, and babysitter. She enjoyed movies, bingo, Orioles baseball, and of course, spending time with her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, Eugenia is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years: Jesse L. Scott, Sr; her brother Carl Cicchetti, Sr; her sister Angela Cicchetti; and three nephews: Carl Cicchetti, Jr, Robert Trombetta, and Johnny Trombetta.

She is survived by her two sons: Mark Matthews, of Pasadena, and Jesse Scott, of Manchester; three grandchildren: Ashley, Kendall, and Kaitlyn Scott, all of Manchester; her sister Marie Nelles, of Baltimore; four nephews: Carl Cicchetti, III, of Pasadena, Dominic Cicchetti, of Baltimore, Jeff Nelles, of Port Deposit, and Denny Nelles, of Baltimore; and two nieces: Angela Cicchetti, of Baltimore, and Antonia Trombetta, of Westminster.

Family requests friends visit on Tuesday at the Gregory J. Gonce Funeral Home, PA, 169 Riviera Drive, Pasadena, from 10 AM until 1:30 PM. Her funeral service will begin immediately following at 1:30 PM, with Reverend Milt Zahn officiating. Her burial will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
