Grace Catherine Becker, (nee Schuman) 96, a resident of Pasadena, died at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on November 10, 2011 of natural causes.
She was born on February 17, 1915, in Baltimore, to the late Catherine and George A. Schuman. She was a homemaker who loved animals; fed the birds, squirrels, rabbits, and stray cats. She also enjoyed people watching on the boardwalk in Ocean City.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Walter C. Becker.
She is survived by her two daughters: Nancy Williams Cox and Lois Becker; her granddaughter Susan Cox Novak, and four great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Monday at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Those who wish may contribute to the animal shelter of their choice.
