Carolyn Walker, 84, of Osage Beach, MO passed away at 5:25 in the evening Monday, July 4, 2016 at the Osage Beach Rehab and Health Care facility.
Carolyn Walker was born March 19, 1932 in Mercer County, MO to Edward and Jewell (Hubbard) Trump. On May 23, 1950 she was united in marriage to Morris Donald Walker in Trenton, MO; he preceded her in death on February 4, 2016. Mrs. Walker was of Pentecostal faith and was a member of First Assembly of God in Springdale, AR.
Surviving relatives include one son, Dr. Rick Walker, and his wife Melanie of Osage Beach, MO; and one daughter, Sherri Mercado, of Exeter, NH. She also leaves 5 grandchildren: Chad Walker and his wife Claire of Tulsa, OK; Lauren Thompson and her husband John of Irene, SD; Caleb Walker and his wife Katie Jo of Lincoln, NE; Kerri Adams and her husband Dylan of Springdale, AR; and Eddie Mercado Walker of San Juan, PR. Also, 4 great-grandchildren: Brian, Attalyn and Justin Thompson, and Millie Adams; three brothers, Charles Trump of Chicago, IL, Albert Trump of Trenton, MO, Aaron Trump of Kingsland, TX; and four sisters, Ann Taylor of Fulton, MO, Thelma Moore of Sedalia, MO, Edna Kitchen of Owensville, MO, Venna Hicks of Trenton, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A family visitation will be held one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Latin America Child Care and left with or mailed to the funeral home.
