Marjorie Jeanne Senf Overton, 89, of Trenton, Missouri passed away at 6:00 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 at Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday morning, October 30, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Trenton.  A family visitation is scheduled for one hour prior to the service. Open visitation will begin Wednesday afternoon at Whitaker Eads Funeral Home of Trenton.  Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon in Fort Madison, Iowa at Oakland Cemetery.
Marjorie Overton was born December 14, 1925 in Aurora, IL the daughter of Leonard Joseph and Florence Edith (Wright) Frantz. She graduated from Fort Madison High School in 1943.  In June of 1943 she was united in marriage to Grover Edmund Senf.  They moved to Trenton in 1970.  Marjorie worked as a Secretary for the Trenton High School, the Grundy County Service Center, and the Grundy County Health Department.  Grover preceded her in death on April 9, 1995.  She then was married to Forrest Overton on December 26, 1998.  He also preceded her in death.  Marjorie was a member of the Trenton First Assembly of God Church.
Surviving relatives include her children:  Son David & wife Judie Senf of Wild Wood, IL; daughter-in-Law Mary Senf of Norton Shores, MI; daughter  Bonnie Poe & husband Van of Smyrna, GA; daughter Melody Murray of Buena Vista, GA; daughter Nancy Adams & husband Scott of Lake of the Ozark, MO; daughter Barbara Cox & husband Paul of Trenton, MO; daughter Susan McNerney & husband David of Lake of the Ozark, MO; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; a brother Joe Frantz of Ft. Madison, IA; and a sister Barbara Mauck of Martinsburg, WV; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husbands, a son Tim Senf and a brother Thomas Frantz.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sunnyview Nursing Home Foundation or the Donor’s choice, they can be left at or mailed to Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home, 813 Custer, Trenton, MO 64683.

So sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I remember going to your house when we were in Jr/Sr high and how she always made me feel so welcome. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
