Harriett JoAnn Watkins, a 77 year old resident of Trenton, passed away at 5:35 a.m., November 6, 2014 at her residence where she was under hospice care.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2014 at the Laredo Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery at Melbourne, MO.  A visitation is scheduled from 5 until 6 Sunday evening at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Memorial donations are suggested to the Salvation Army or Good Will and may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
Harriett Watkins was born March 8, 1937 in Hot Springs, SD to Joseph and Mamei Ellen (Lewis) Burger.  She attended school in Des Moines, IA.  On September 15, 1953 she was united in marriage to Delbert Tedrick in Des Moines.  They moved to Ridgeway, MO in 1962 and then to Galt in 1967.  He preceded her in death on February 14, 1999.  On January 25, 2009 she was united in marriage to Lyle Watkins he also preceded her in death on November 18, 2010.  Harriett was a member of the Laredo Baptist Church.
Surviving relatives include her son Rodney Tedrick and his wife Rhonda of Chillicothe, MO, daughter Della Carroll and her husband Paul of Gallatin, daughter Reva Tedrick and her significant other Larry Roberts of Owensboro, Kentucky, daughter Jodie Hudnall and her husband, Gary of Sequin, TX, son Jason Tedrick of Gallatin, MO, daughter Kelli Sethman and her husband Brooks of Laredo, MO, daughter Sheelia Griffin of Kansas City, MO, a brother Robert Burger and his wife Cheryl of Ankeny, IA, 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Those preceding her in death include her parents, husbands, a daughter Rhonda Tedrick, a granddaughter Crysania Wheeler, and a sister Shirley Harvey.

Our condolences for Aunt JoAnn's passing. We thank the good Lord that she knew Jesus as her savior and that she is now rejoicing with the angels in heaven. She will be missed by many and our hope is for God's comfort to come to each one of you! Keeping all in our prayers!
