Tom Prindle a 69 year old Trenton, MO resident, passed away at 1:35 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.  A visitation is scheduled from 6 until 8 Saturday evening at the funeral home.  Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society or the OATS Bus.

Tom Prindle was born February 22, 1944 near Jameson, MO to Herman and Irene Walton Prindle.  He graduated from Jameson High School in 1962 where he played on many successful sports teams.  He then attended Trenton Junior College in 1963 and 1964.  On January 23, 1970 he was united in marriage to Delores Elbert in Trenton.  Tom worked for the MO highway department for a number of years before spending 20 years working for MFA doing deliveries.  Since retiring he has spent the last six years driving an OATS bus.  Many people will remember Tom for coaching many T.B.A. ball teams.

Surviving relatives include his Wife Delores “Dee” of Trenton, sons Tommy Prindle and his wife Michelle of Liberty, MO, Terry Prindle and his wife Jill of Liberty, MO, and Tim Prindle and his wife Amy of Belton, MO, two brothers Gene Prindle and his wife Lois of Jameson, MO and Bill Prindle and his wife Pam of Buckner, sisters Carolyn Martel and her husband Ronnie of Bennington, NB, and Betty Harmison and her husband Gary of Jameson, MO, and six grandchildren Laura, Tara, Mason, Bryson, Alyssa, and Brock Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
