Keith Golden an 81 year old Trenton, MO resident, passed away at 3:25 a.m., Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at his residence while under hospice care.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton.  Burial will be in the Half Rock Cemetery East of Princeton.  A visitation is scheduled from 7 until 8 Friday evening at the funeral home.  Open visitation will begin Friday morning.  Memorial contributions are suggested to hospice and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.

Keith Golden was born April 16, 1931 in Half Rock, MO to Landon and Francis Mantlo Golden.  He graduated from Princeton High School and worked at Trenton Foods for many years retiring in 1997.  In May of 1991 he was married to Rosalee Wattenbarger.  She preceded him in death March 10, 2010.  Keith was an avid hunter and enjoyed gunsmithing as a hobby.  He was also a life time member of the N.R.A.

Surviving relatives include his children John Golden and his wife Star who is currently serving in England, Jeff Golden and his wife Sheila of Emporia, KS, Jim Golden of Emporia, KS, Kim Moore and her husband Dean of Chillicothe, MO, and Alan Golden and his wife Elaine of Galt, MO, step children Ronnie Snuffer and his wife Linda of Trenton, Steve Snuffer and his wife Shannon of Gilman City, MO, Janice Borden of Maysville, MO, Lisa McMahaon of Sedalia, MO and Debbie Stewart of Princeton, a brother, Roy Golden and his wife Dixie of Trenton, and a sister, Aileen Bloss and her husband Rolla of Chillicothe, 12 grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.

Those preceding him in death include his parents, wife and a step grandson Trevor Bennum.
