I appologize for not making the funeral service. I enjoyed the times I was able to connect with Marian at the nursing home, in church or special dinners at the church. Your family was blessed to have Marian able to communicate so close to her passing. That is so important. My mother is at Sunnyview, but she no longer recoginizes us or is able to communicate her thoughts to us. It is hard to loose someone you love, but I am sure you cherish her memory. I enjoyed reading about her life printed in the obituary. She had an interesting career. As a Christian, I know she loved her Lord and was accepted into his fold.

Dean and I met Marian and Dan through our good friends, Candy and Paul Goebel. We were so envious of the relationship they shared, and we have tried to emulate the closeness they had with our neighbor kids. Marian was such a special lady, and we enjoyed her wit so much. It's never easy to lose a parent, but you remember the fun family times you had together. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
