Wilma Lea Williams, an 89 year old resident of Trenton and former rural Humphreys resident, passed away at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Cameron Region Medical Center in Cameron, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Resthaven Mortuary of Trenton. A scheduled visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be in the Humphreys Cemetery in Humphreys, MO.
Mrs. Williams was born on July 23, 1921 in Humphreys, MO the daughter of John Robert and Annie Lee Glaze Alexander. She was married to Wilburn Ray Williams on June 24, 1940 in Chillicothe, MO; he preceded her in death on May 9, 2005. She was a member of the Humphreys Christian Church.
She is survived by a son, Rex Williams and his wife, Phyllis of Lake Viking, MO and a daughter, Glenda Allnutt and her husband, Jerry of Galt, MO; 8 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ray Dean Williams; 2 brothers, Arnold and Jack Alexander; 3 sisters, Vivian Allen, June Stipp, and an infant, Thema Verlea Alexander.
