We are very sorry about MS. Susie. She was a great lady. She was always smiling all those years in the lunchroom at Swainsboro High School. Always had a kind word & blessing for everyone. She will be missed.

I always loved Susie. She was like my second mom. She always made me laugh with stories of her childhood, stories of the early years in her marriage and also of being a new mother. She always gave me great advice when it came to my own marriage. She had such a kind and generous soul and never met an animal she didn't fall in love with. Susie told me that compassion was speaking for those that can not speak for themselves and that was why she wanted to take care of the abandoned animals that would end up on her doorstep. She taught me what it means to forgive someone and let go of that burden. She talked about how much she loved her Lord and Savior and was very strong in her beliefs, even from her childhood, she already knew Jesus and spread His message of love to all that she knew. She made a big impact in my life and I will never forget her. I love you Susie Overstreet and I will miss you. You were one of the good ones~
