Posted by: Dennis Klugh Tue June 01, 2010 | I am saddened by Ginny's passing. She and Tom were good friends while they lived in Lancaster. Tom was my golf partner and Ginny; well, she was like my my second mom. After Tom's passing, my family and I had many visits with Ginny, especially to restaurants.
She sure was a fun loving lady. Since bringing her up to Boston, we have all missed her and especially her laugh. I never got up to visit with her since the move. Please accept my deepest sympathy to all of you on Ginny's passing. And, my heartfelt thanks goes out to you for taking care of Ginny all these years since she left Lancaster. |
Posted by: robert/karen dickman Tue June 01, 2010 | Karen & I met Tom & Ginny over 25 yrs ago in Lancaster PA. Tom was like a father to me - my father passed away when I was age 25. Tom & Ginny quickly adopted my family and we became the closest of friends. We traveled & dined together on many occassions. Tom & I shared the same working business - insurance. Ginny began to call me 'son' and I responded as saying 'mother'. Ginny was also very close to my mother who passed away over 6 yrs ago. We shared all the holidays together as a family. May you foreever rest in pease Ginny - and now you can share time with Tom - we remember you as a most generous lady, with character & grace as we used to say about Jackie 0 - the Kennedy family that you likded.
With Love & rememberance - Karen, Jason & bobby |
