Abraham Lincoln said “All I am, or can be, I owe to my angel mother.”  Well, all I am, or can be, I owe to my angel grandmother, Adele Costa.  She gave what she did not have and opened her door when all others were closed.  Through her love, generosity, compassion and kindness, she changed my life forever.

With love, admiration and appreciation,

-Michael

To all that have known and loved Adele, she will miss you all, but know she is now in a better place watching over everyone. She is now with the ones she has loved and lost. Rest in peace Adele Costa.

Those who mean the most to us are never really gone.
For in our thoughts and in our hearts their memory still lives on.
So may you find that passing time can somehow help to heal.
Those memories will ease the loss and sorrow that you feel.

Adele, You will be truly missed.

Love Always Your Neice Linda

I will always remember the stern looks as I walked into Atlas, the even sterner look as I stood at her door and asked if Stacy was home. More than that I remember all the smiles, the little talks, the way she lite up when her grandchildren and great grandchildren were around. I know her as a strong minded and even stronger willed woman. I am blessed to have know her and to have had her as part of my life.  You will always be in my and all of our thoughts and prayers.

My deepest condolences to the Costa family, I worked with Adele at Malhados, she trained me, the women was a saint to put up with my mistakes,,She would just shake her head at me and say, Kathy you will learn. And I did, thank you Adele,,I had a lot of fun working there and I made you laugh (even though you did your hardest not to) I so remember the stern look at work Bob,but when you got her she would enjoy a good laugh. May you rest in peace Adele, with your cherished loved ones.
