CARRIGAN, James E.T., Jr. Of Milton, May 2, age 76. Beloved husband of Elizabeth (Lapierre) of 50 years. Devoted father of Catherine Carrigan of Milton. Cherished brother of Sheila Roche of Sagamore Beach, Kevin Carrigan and his wife Janice of Kingston and Brian Carrigan and his wife Linda of Weymouth.
