ABDELNOUR, Gary P., of Norwood, November 7th, age 53. beloved husband of Lisa (Whalen). Cherished son of Ernest and Roberta Abdelnour. Devoted brother of John and his wife Maureen of Pembroke, Daniel and his late wife Karen of Jamaica Plain and Marina Abdelnour of Norwood. Son-in-law of Sarah and Thomas Whalen. Loving uncle of Anthony Abdelnour and Daniel McLaughlin and also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Monday morning at 9. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church Hyde Park at 10:00AM. Visiting hours Sunday evening from 4:00-8:00PM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will be private at family's request.
Gary was a Marine Corps veteran, an active Mason at Orient Lodge Norwood and he was involved in the Big Brother organization. Gary was also an avid fisherman.

West Roxbury-Dorchester Lodge send its heartfelt condolences to the Abdelnour and Whalen families. Bro Gary touched many lives with his candor and willingness to talk about anything.
