Dear family of Jessica Gemayel,

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. There is comfort that can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4, which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry, nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Soon, losses we sustain of any kind, be it the loss of a loved one or our peace of mind, will be done away with as if they never happened at all. I hope this promise can carry you through this difficult time and beyond.

I'm very sorry for the loss of Jessica. May the memory of her wonderful spirit be a source of inspiration to those whose lives she touched.

"Do not I love thee, oh my Lord? Behold my heart and see,
And turn each accursed idol out that dares to rival thee!

Do not I love thee, from my soul? Then let me nothing love;
Dead be my heart to every joy, when Jesus cannot move.

Thou knowest I love thee, dearest Lord, but oh! I long to soar
Far from this sphere of mortal cares, and learn to love thee more!"
