FERRARA, Sabato "Sam", of Hyde Park, formerly of Italy passed on January 12th surrounded by his loving family at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Anna Ferrara of 42 years. Loving son of the late Antonio and Adelina. Devoted father of Antonio Ferrara and his wife Katie of West Roxbury, Adelina Zarse and her husband Mark of Hyde Park and Lucy Ferrara of Hyde Park. Cherished brother of Lucia Ferrara, Carmine, Rosalia Mogavero and Domenico, all of Italy. Loving "Nonno" of Anna, Anthony, Stella, Sam and Marco. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.

Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Saturday morning at 9 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening from 4:00-8:00PM. Children's room available. Interment at St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
