CANAVAN, Helen (Steckelun) Of Readville, December 2nd, age 94. Beloved wife of the late Philip J. Devoted mother of Phyllis Swett and her husband Nathaniel of Abington. Helen was predeceased by her seven siblings. Cherished sister in law of Agnes Canavan and Paul Canavan. Loving grandmother of Nicholas Swett of Abington and Matthew Swett and his wife Heather of Sandwich. Great grandmother of Zachary, Mason, and Madelyn. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral from the Caroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Saturday morning at 9. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Pius X Church, Milton, at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening from 4:00-8:00PM at the Funeral Home. Children's room available. Interment at the Garden of Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury.
