Devoted brother of Faith Hulbert and her husband Alvin of Westborough, John Parker and his wife Dorothy of Milton, Steven Parker and his wife Leslie of Eliot, ME. Cherished brother-in-law of Claire Nolan and her husband David of Weymouth, Lisa Scannell and her husband David Carlone of Hull, William Scannell and his wife Pamela of Vestal, NY and the late Kevin Hammond. Son in-law of Jean Scannell of Hingham and also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK Wednesday morning at 9 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday evening, 4:00-8:00PM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Chuck was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus in West Roxbury.
